Description

• The Corporate FP&A team is responsible for facilitating enterprise financial growth strategy, annual planning, and contributing to long-term financial health for the organization. • Ideal candidates will have executive level partnership and communication skills, a proven leadership track record, and the ability to influence financial outcomes from a corporate perspective. • This role will guide divisional units through the annual financial planning process and improve how we set consolidated profitability targets. • As a finance leader, the expectation is to raise the level of all finance groups, leveraging an understanding of enterprise financials and business profitability drivers to identify and implement opportunities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Markets, Economics, Management Information system, Business Analytics or equivalent field • Master’s degree or CFA a plus. • Experience: 7 years or more progressive experience in corporate finance, planning, strategy, M&A, or equivalent. • Strong preference for candidates who have led financial planning and have previous experience in insurance or financial services. • Fully proficient in MS Office and familiarity with financial systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, or related) (required). • PowerBi, Tableau or other similar visualization software, as well as FP&A tools (Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, etc.). (preferred)
