Description
• Lead the product compliance function and manage a staff of technical professionals. • Accountable for the company’s product compliance strategy including managing the activities to create, file, and maintain product portfolios. • Develop strong partnerships and strategic alignment with business stakeholders. • Manage resources to support compliance and business initiatives.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Juris Doctor or Master’s degree preferred. • 10 years progressively responsible work experience in a compliance function in the insurance, banking, or finance industry • 3 years’ experience managing and developing a team • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
