📋 Description

• Manage multiple accounts in a relatively large territory at various stages of the cycle from prospecting through value delivery. • Manage already engaged accounts, maximizing value from and for them. • Evangelize a relatively unknown technology to result in adoption by pharma at all client levels. • Communicate technical data and information to and from accounts. • Guide customers through the deal process, from initial contact through agreements involving data sharing, generating content for the Company. • Assist with preparation of sales materials and collateral. • Participate in scientific conferences, tradeshows and related field support activities. • Achieve technical and applications knowledge on the product portfolio. • Represent the company professionally, ethically and morally at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required in the Life Sciences or related field; MBA, MS or PhD is a plus. • A demonstrated successful track record in pitching and completing deals with pharma and academia. • Knowledge of high parameters flow cytometry, imaging and/or digital pathology technologies, market dynamics and value propositions. • Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical life cycle – from drug discovery through drug development, understanding of pain points. • Experience doing deals focused on a technology, preferably a platform technology, with multiple applications in pharma and other life sciences settings. • Demonstrated ability to manage client engagements, ensuring delivery of value, proliferates use of a technology. • Experience managing negotiations and communications on multiple contracts simultaneously or interfacing with highly matrixed multi-disciplinary teams to complete contract terms. • Ability to work independently in a rapidly evolving environment. • Experience presenting at the higher levels of large pharma and academia. • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. • Cross cultural agility and sensitivity. • Potential to become a larger part of the organization in the foreseeable future. • Willingness to travel up to 60% of time, primarily across the assigned territory.
