• Manage the online community and social media channels • Foster a positive and engaging environment • Provide exceptional customer service • Maintain the clients brand voice and guidelines • Facilitate engagement in line with community purpose • Monitor and analyse community performance • Report on community's progress to the Client • Assist in project management tasks related to community management • Collaborate with the team to provide support as needed
• Fluent in English and either Dutch, German, or French • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders • Experience with social media platforms • Knowledge of backend analytics for Facebook, X, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok • Outstanding engagement skills • Strong analytical skills in data collection and reporting • Effective organisational and prioritisation skills • Technical skills in community platforms, Google suite, and Mac knowledge • Experience managing online communities or client-facing operations • Experience in organising and reporting on community meetups and events • Some experience in Customer Service is nice to have • Fluency in Portuguese, Italian or Spanish is a plus • Experience using Sprout Social and SalesForce is a plus
