• Lead the management of Sonos' online communities across various social media platforms and forums. • Oversee a team of community managers, ensuring a positive and engaging environment. • Work closely with the Senior Community Manager to implement and evolve online community strategy. • Collaborate directly with the client to meet their specific requirements and communication strategies. • Engage with the client to understand their needs and deliver solutions that provide measurable value. • Define strategic objectives and develop comprehensive content and operations plans. • Establish measurable KPIs to track performance and monitor performance against KPIs. • Provide ongoing support and professional development to the team.
