Description

• Support implementation of a Pillar II Calculation Engine software package • Support implementation and maintenance of a Legal Entity Management tool • Participate in Pillar II preparation and quarterly calculations • Monitor U.S. and global tax legislative developments • Perform compliance computations for annual Globe Information Return • Assist with audits of Pillar II • Support U.S. tax compliance and financial reporting for international operations • Assist in structuring and planning of international reorganizations • Support Tax Reporting with calculations under ASC 740 relating to international operations • Manage, lead, mentor and develop internal staff resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, advanced degree in taxation preferred • CPA certificate or working toward CPA is a plus • Prior experience or training in Pillar II preferred but not required • Strong accounting and tax technical skills • 5-8 years of international tax experience either in industry or public accounting firm • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a deadline driven environment • Proficient with Excel, Word and Powerpoint • Experience with CorpTax, Thomson Reuters ONESURCE, Orbitax, Diligent Entities and enterprise software such as SAP or Hyperion is desirable but not required • Effective working independently and in a team environment • Significant experience managing people and projects
