Description

• Are you a nimble and agile financial whiz with an executive presence? • Do you crave a fast-paced, demanding, yet fun environment where you can grow your career at lightning speed? • If you thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and wield systems like Tropic, Ramp, Lever, NetSuite, Salesforce.com, and PowerBI like a pro, then we want to hear from you! • In this role, you'll: • Own monthly reporting (budget variances, P&L, MD&A), keeping leadership informed. • Become a master of workforce planning, wielding the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) like a champion. • Dive deep into the sales engine using Salesforce.com, collaborating with sales to unlock insights. • Lead the charge on Purchasing and Travel policy updates, wielding tools like Tropic. • Become a financial analysis guru, tackling costing, P&L activities, and strategic initiatives. • Partner with the A-team, supporting month-end close, audits, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelors in accounting/finance (3-5 years' experience, or less with an advanced degree) • Excel modeling wizard, PowerPoint & Word pro • Cost accounting knowledge • Analytical & problem-solving sharpshooter • Action-oriented & continuous improvement champion • Organizational & time management guru • Meets deadlines like a boss • Stellar communication skills (written & verbal) • Team player, resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated • Ability to travel (occasional) • Candidate resides within the East Coast or Central highly preferred (East Coast, working hours)
