Description

• The Starknet Foundation supports the development of Starknet, a state-of-the-art layer 2 blockchain network built on top of Ethereum. • Our mission is to unlock Ethereum’s scalability and efficiency, making decentralized applications more accessible and effective. • We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Paralegal or Junior Lawyer to join our team. • In this role, you will primarily focus on reviewing, negotiating and managing general commercial contracts and developer partnership contracts. • You will assist with corporate governance and Board operations. • You will also establish a legal controls framework, manage external counsel engagements and billing, and provide general legal operational support to the broader legal team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Junior Lawyer with a focus on commercial contracts and legal operations. • Prior experience working in a startup or technology company environment is a plus. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a globally-dispersed team.
