Description

• Manage closing activities, account reconciliations, monthly postings and process reconciliations (AP, AR, expenses, payroll). • Manage accounting for all crypto and fiat transactions. • Process payment transactions and manage cash flow forecasting. • Implement and own financial and operational KPI's and project-related reporting for our business. • Elaborate the internal audit and control framework • Support the elaboration of the FP&A activities, analysing forecasting models and identifying opportunities and risks. • Help create and launch a budgeting process; partner with business leaders for ongoing budget management. • Be the Head of Finance’s sparring partner, supporting the team growth and development, providing ad hoc analyses and forecasts to support management in making strategic decisions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in finance and/or accounting. • Experience in internal audit and risk framework. • Strong interest in blockchain technologies; knowledge & experience in the space highly preferred. • Excellent communicator and collaborator with experience serving as a strategic business partner to org Leaders. • Experience working in high-growth/start-up environments.
