• Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality product imagery, lifestyle shots, infographics, and A+ content tailored for Amazon and Wayfair platforms. • Video Production: Develop product and promotional videos that detail features, benefits, and installation processes, offering an immersive shopping experience. • Creative Direction: Hire, onboard and manage a creative team of in-house employees and freelancers, including graphic designers, copywriters, 3D visualization specialists, photographers, and maintain accountability for their performance and deliverables. • Platform Optimization: Stay up to date with the latest visual content trends and standards for Amazon and Wayfair, ensuring our content is always optimized for visibility and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or related field. • 3+ years of experience as an art director, creative director or graphic design leader for an ecommerce company or agency (Amazon experience highly preferred) • Strong knowledge of ecommerce, digital marketing, and social media trends and best practices. • Significant experience with Adobe CC (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), 3D modeling and rendering tools, and a working knowledge of innovative tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion • Proven track record of growing and scaling successful brands through creative strategies and visual designs. • Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and photographers.
