Description
• Implementing new user-facing elements and pages for the company website • Ensure design consistency and align web development with our brand identity • Ensure that all web design and code is responsive, cross-browser compatible, SEO-friendly, and adheres to best practices for web standards • Work closely with designers and other stakeholders to implement and improve the website • Identify and troubleshoot website issues, and optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability • Keep the website up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development • Update and manage website content regularly, working with the Jekyll static site generator
Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Javascript and core concepts • 3+ years of hands-on experience in HTML5, SCSS • 2+ years of experience with React • 2+ years of experience with modern CSS/SCSS/Less/CSS-in-JS development • Experience with jQuery, Bootstrap and Jekyll • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail • A keen eye for aesthetics and UX design • Passionate about software development • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
