Description

• Provide clarity and purpose to a full-stack team of Engineers • Effectively resolve conflict and drive technical conversations to timely and collaboratively come to a conclusion • Cultivate team culture and ensure ever-improved team morale • Provide the support necessary to consistently unblock engineering effort through servant leadership

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development • 2+ years of people management experience • Understand the deep technical conversations necessary to bring product requirements to life • Guide the careers of each engineer forward through consistent growth • Experience with writing production ready Python and/or Java code • Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance • Integrate user-facing elements into applications with the help of your team • Work with your team to test and debug programs • Improve functionality and stability of existing systems • Collaborate with our product, design, customer service, and development teams in order to fully create and understand the requirements for what is necessary to be produced • A player/coach and someone that is willing to mentor and grow our team • Strong organization skills • Experience with mortgage, notary, or loan space would be a plus
