Description

• SteadyMD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Medical Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. • Responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of clinical operations by managing consult assignments, supporting clinicians during their shifts, and overseeing various communication channels. • Ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for operational excellence in a healthcare setting. • Temporary, 90 days with movement to full-time following a 90-day review. • Schedule: 90%+ of shifts will fall within the hours 7:00 AM - 6:59 AM CST. 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. • Remote: This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or a related field. • Education: A degree is not required as long as the candidate has relevant experience and is a strong fit for the role. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for problem-solving. • Proficiency with various software platforms, including EMRs, Jira, and Slack. • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams to meet operational goals.
