Prepare persuasive legal arguments, gather evidence, and compile supporting documents to effectively defend attorneys against allegations of ethical misconduct. • Draft well-reasoned and compelling legal briefs, motions, responses, and other necessary documents required for the defense of attorneys facing disciplinary actions.
