• Company Overview: At Steer Health, we're revolutionizing the healthcare landscape with cutting-edge technology and unparalleled patient care. • Job Description: The BI Dashboard Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our business intelligence dashboards. • Data Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing large volumes of data. • Data Modeling and Architecture: Develop and maintain data models and architecture to support analytical processes. • Database Management: Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient query performance. • ETL Processes: Implement and optimize ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into our SaaS platform. • Cloud Infrastructure: Work with cloud platforms to set up and maintain scalable and cost-effective data infrastructure. • Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data. • Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders. • Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor data pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes. • Key Responsibilities: Design, build and maintain business-critical dashboards using Looker. • Leverage MongoDB for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis. • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Conduct user training and create documentation for dashboard functionality. • Gather business requirements to inform dashboard design. • Regularly update stakeholders on dashboard performance metrics and KPIs. • Work cross-functionally to implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in BI dashboard development • Extensive experience with Looker and MongoDB • Strong understanding of BI best practices, data structures, and SQL • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in the healthcare industry • Familiarity with additional BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation • Proven track record of training and mentoring team members
