Description
• Provide support in collecting and organizing information for user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents • Provide support in performing financial and administrative tasks • Under general supervision, responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation • Maintain a current internal documentation library • Provide or coordinate special documentation services as required
Requirements
• Five (5) years relevant experience • Experience with MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, and Power Point • Must possess Secret level security clearance • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory • No specific certifications required
