•Minimum of 2 years of experience in positions such as Creative Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or Performance marketing. •Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher. •Strong analytical and creative skills demonstrated by past results. •Experience analyzing key metrics of marketing campaigns. •Research skills and ability to write technical tasks for designers. •Copywriting skills and experience working with international markets are advantageous. •Nice to have: Experience in video and UGC content creation. •Familiarity with web and app marketing. •B2C niche market experience. •Creative testing experience with Meta.
