Description

• Lead the end-to-end process of developing predictive LTV models. • Generate hypotheses and design experiments to test them. • Identify and implement optimal modelling techniques to enhance prediction accuracy. • Continuously refine models based on performance metrics and business objectives. • Collaborate with finance teams to develop comprehensive financial models. • Analyze Profit & Loss statements to forecast financial performance. • Evaluate unit economics to inform strategic decision-making. • Develop personalization strategies to improve user experience. • Design and implement recommendation algorithms. • Conduct in-depth user behavioural analysis to drive product and marketing strategies. • Work with AI agents and LLMs to innovate in creative content generation and other domains. • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Creative. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML, AI, and data science to apply cutting-edge techniques.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and machine learning roles. • Proven experience in predictive modelling, particularly in LTV prediction. • Strong background in financial modelling and understanding of P&L statements and unit economics. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). • Strong statistical analysis skills and familiarity with statistical software. • Expertise in data visualization tools. • Familiarity with personalization techniques and recommendation systems. • Experience with user behavioural analysis methods. • Knowledge of NLP and experience working with LLMs. • Understanding of agent-based modelling and its applications. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects. • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently. • Experience in the creative or content creation industry (preferred). • Publications or contributions to the data science and ML community (preferred). • Certifications in data science, machine learning, or related fields (preferred). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying ML models (preferred). • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design (preferred).
