Requirements
• Proven track record in managing quality assurance for intricate integration scenarios that span both front-end and back-end services. • Skilled in designing comprehensive, data-driven integration test plans, tracking their execution, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple system components. • Deep, hands-on experience with established testing methodologies (including TDD, BDD, functional, integration, and regression testing), coupled with the ability to adapt QA processes within the SDLC to evolving business requirements. • Demonstrated success in incorporating JavaScript-based frameworks, particularly Playwright and Cypress, to optimize test coverage and reliability. • Practical expertise in utilizing leading QA management solutions (e.g., TestRail or similar) for test planning, execution, and documentation. • Adept at systematically structuring test suites, monitoring results, and maintaining transparent reporting channels to inform data-driven decision-making. • Extensive experience in conducting UI tests across mobile web, iOS, and Android native applications. • Adept at leveraging JS automation tools (Playwright, Cypress) to validate front-end functionality, optimize responsiveness, and troubleshoot issues at various network and system layers, ensuring consistent user experiences across platforms. • Solid understanding of core information security principles and best practices. • Skilled in integrating security considerations into the testing strategy, ensuring that test cases and automation scripts align with data protection and access control standards. • Capable of mentoring teams on automation best practices, ensuring that test initiatives align tightly with overarching test strategies and contribute to continuous quality improvement. • Thorough familiarity with Scrum and agile frameworks, understanding both their benefits and limitations. • Experienced in fast-paced, iterative development cycles, incrementally refining test suites and automation scripts to keep pace with evolving codebases and deliver timely, actionable feedback. • Basic knowledge of the Flutter framework, enabling smoother collaboration with cross-functional teams and further enhancing the scope and flexibility of test automation efforts.
