📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the backlog of DevOps tasks, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with company objectives. • Oversee DevOps project planning, tracking, and delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • Work closely with engineering leadership to define and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the centralized DevOps function. • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams (Product, Platform, Data, and R&D). • Coordinate DevOps roadmap execution, including infrastructure automation, CI/CD improvements, and cloud cost optimizations. • Establish and oversee incident management processes, including on-call rotations and tooling setup (e.g., PagerDuty). • Improve the DevOps team’s efficiency in managing infrastructure as code (Terraform, etc.). • Facilitate the integration and adoption of DevOps tools and best practices across the organization. • Organize, implement, and manage the technical incident response process, ensuring minimal downtime and effective root cause analysis. • Own incident response tooling setup and automation, working with teams to integrate solutions like PagerDuty and ensure efficient escalation workflows. • Define and document post-mortem processes and best practices for incident handling. • Ensure effective implementation of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, and Sentry or similar solutions. • Drive standardization of monitoring metrics and logging across teams to improve system reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management (Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence). • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in task and backlog management. • Ability to manage cross-functional communication between DevOps, Product, Platform, Data, and Engineering teams. • Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills. • High stress resilience and ability to manage priorities effectively in high-pressure environments. • Familiarity with AWS Services (EC2, S3, EKS, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.). • Experience with DevOps tooling (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Helm, etc.). • Understanding of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Sentry).
