Description

• This is an opportunity to work closely with multiple enterprise partners • Manage and lead implementation projects which involve multiple teams at Stellic • Be part of the larger Partner Success team, focused on delivering value for partners • Lead multiple, concurrent projects to deliver onboarding services to partners • Engage with stakeholders in Implementation projects to successfully scope and drive completion • Become knowledgeable about the Stellic product and partner use cases • Work collaboratively across groups to secure buy-in and drive issues/risks to resolution • Resolve and transform complex concepts into executable plans • Develop and execute deadlines and project activities • Provide Risk and Resource Management by anticipating bottlenecks and driving initial objectives • Meet or exceed targets for Customer satisfaction and achievement of project goals • Advocate on behalf of partners to internal teams

Requirements

• PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred • Experience in B2B customer-facing service delivery project management • Skilled in managing highly complex projects with large enterprise customers • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, SaaS startup environment • Proficient with project management tools such as SmartSheet or Monday.com • Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, and concurrently manage multiple projects. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels across the organization. • Collaborative, while able to influence and persuade. • Demonstrable understanding of PMI project management standards and guidelines • Ability to travel to customer sites when required • Flexible and adaptable to changes, while showing a positive attitude • Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain good rapport with both internal and external customers to handle situations with confidence and tact. • Experience building process documentation to outline current or new processes • Strong negotiation skills used to resolve conflicts and find win-win scenarios
