Description

β€’ This is an opportunity to work closely with multiple enterprise partners β€’ Manage and lead implementation projects which involve multiple teams at Stellic β€’ Be part of the larger Partner Success team, focused on delivering value for partners β€’ Lead multiple, concurrent projects to deliver onboarding services to partners β€’ Engage with stakeholders in Implementation projects to successfully scope and drive completion β€’ Become knowledgeable about the Stellic product and partner use cases β€’ Work collaboratively across groups to secure buy-in and drive issues/risks to resolution β€’ Resolve and transform complex concepts into executable plans β€’ Develop and execute deadlines and project activities β€’ Provide Risk and Resource Management by anticipating bottlenecks and driving initial objectives β€’ Meet or exceed targets for Customer satisfaction and achievement of project goals β€’ Advocate on behalf of partners to internal teams

Requirements

β€’ PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred β€’ Experience in B2B customer-facing service delivery project management β€’ Skilled in managing highly complex projects with large enterprise customers β€’ Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, SaaS startup environment β€’ Proficient with project management tools such as SmartSheet or Monday.com β€’ Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, and concurrently manage multiple projects. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels across the organization. β€’ Collaborative, while able to influence and persuade. β€’ Demonstrable understanding of PMI project management standards and guidelines β€’ Ability to travel to customer sites when required β€’ Flexible and adaptable to changes, while showing a positive attitude β€’ Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain good rapport with both internal and external customers to handle situations with confidence and tact. β€’ Experience building process documentation to outline current or new processes β€’ Strong negotiation skills used to resolve conflicts and find win-win scenarios
