Description
• Create educational content for customers and internal teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop meaningful content • Assess and develop written and video content for new and existing features • Improve customer help center and internal product knowledge base • Support product adoption and customer education • Assist in writing product updates and release notes • Assess gaps in documentation and develop refining strategies
Requirements
• 3 years of relevant experience as a SaaS software technical writer or content manager • Superior writing skills for technical concepts • Ability to empathize with partners • Ability to learn, design, and develop clear training materials • Motivated self-starter with exceptional teamwork skills • Experience with Intercom and Notion • Experience with AI or other automation tools • Experience in designing instruction for in-person training delivery
