Description

•The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is charged with guiding the success and leading the evolution of technologically complex internal platforms that are valuable, usable, and feasible. •By collaborating with the Engineering Manager in setting the strategy, roadmap, and platform initiative definitions, the TPM will spearhead teams dedicated to enabling product engineering teams to deliver work with substantial autonomy by building foundational self-service APIs, tools, services, knowledge and support arranged as compelling internal products. •Achieve measurable and meaningful efficiency gains (less cognitive load, time, developers, costs, higher pace) for the product engineering teams to autonomously create new content creation experiences via our content builders core platform. •Engage with product engineering teams to find opportunities of workflow optimization by reducing their cognitive load via implementing self-service APIs, tools and other standards. •Capture and synthesize insights to influence the platform engineering strategy.

Requirements

•You have mastery in prioritizing product features and initiatives with a relentless focus on what's most impactful. •You are fluent in communicating technical details to a broad audience, translating user needs into engineering and design specifications. •You are adept in agile methodologies, facilitating a dynamic and responsive product development environment. •You show commitment to extensive interaction with customers and team members, possessing the flexibility for travel. •You are a strong advocate for developer experience and design, working with design partners to define user interactions and stories. •You are proficient in managing relationships and fostering collaboration across various organizational functions. •You have a deep technical understanding of system architectures and the interactions between diverse systems. •You have a proven ability to navigate multi-location team dynamics, ensuring cohesion and effective collaboration. •You have problem-solving acumen, with a focus on delivering solutions that address user needs and business objectives. •You are resident in Argentina and have availability to be in Buenos Aires at least once a month. •You have 5+ years of experience in similar roles. •You have advanced oral and written English skills. •You are a great relationship builder with an appreciative inquiry approach. •You live Stensul’s core values: Learning Agile, Team Players, Garra, and Above & Beyond. •You have strong data analysis skills for making informed decisions. •You have a strong ability to handle competing priorities under pressure with temperance. •You have a great sense of humor (we sure do!).
