📋 Description
• Manage and oversee multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. • Work closely with stakeholders, gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates. • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, architects, and consultants to ensure projects align with business needs. • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforce best practices. • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects. • Experience working with U.S.-based clients in a consulting or enterprise environment. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
