• A well-established and growing international law firm is looking for a Communications Manager to support our growing team. • Sterlington was founded by a senior partner from a large NY-based law firm. The Manager will ensure that, as we continue to grow, our culture reflects the Firm’s identity and that our remote-first, international teams feel connected as we collaborate towards achieving firmwide objectives.
• Demonstrable experience of leading strategic communications projects – desirable if these projects were run multi-jurisdictional. • c.6+ years’ experience working within a communications role with some of this experience gained at Manager level. • Vendor analysis, selection, and implementation experience around internal communications / intranet platforms. • Exceptional written, oral, and presentational skills in English. Persuasive and inspiring in their communications style and effectively influences stakeholders at various levels within the Firm. • Working knowledge of professional services (partnerships) environment would be advantageous, given our organizational structure, however it is more important that the candidate demonstrates their ability to work across different countries, noting cultural and communications nuances. • Highly adept at prioritizing a busy workload with multiple stakeholders. • Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced, international business.
