Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred. • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience. • Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. • Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork. • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers. • Encouraging best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, and ensure that the team adheres to these standards.
