Description
• Responsible for creating thoughtful user-centered designs based user research, interviews and usability testing. • Plan, design, and implement products through collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. • Develop technical and business requirements and strive to deliver intuitive solutions. • Create and test prototypes, wireframes, and mockups for new product ideas. • Conduct ongoing user research and UX project planning. • Recommends best practices to improve processes or services.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience • Demonstrated ability to design for cross-channel experiences (e.g. responsive web, native mobile) • Advanced proficiency in design tools (Ex. Figma) to deliver library components, prototypes which drive successful collaboration across design teams • Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and system updates
