• Booking of travel and training in accordance with internal policies, both nationally and internationally • First point of contact for all employees, course providers and transportation services for all inquiries concerning travel and training • Documentation of booking processes • Invoice verification and approval in collaboration with the financial accounting department

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in travel and training booking desirable • IT affinity • Willingness to build understanding of technical systems and learn new skills • Fluent command of written and spoken English, German language skills desirable • Ability to balance multiple priorities and still achieve high-quality results • Disciplined, with a high degree of accuracy, integrity and work ethics • Self-motivated and independent
