Description
• Assists in preparation of financial statements & forecasts • Performs monthly closing & reconciliations • Assists in implementing new tools & software • Participates in financial and insurance based audits • Provides oversight of payroll & benefits administration, AP, and AR. • Manages corporate credit cards • Works with purchasing to report on inventory • Prepares necessary filings for taxes, administrative reporting • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Expert-level MS Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables & experiencing handling large data sets) • 2 years experience in finance in an organization with $50+ million annual revenue • Understanding of SQL and forecasting • Interest in manufacturing & international ecommerce.
