Description
• Take responsibility for running effective LiveOps for Sunshine Island, scheduling offers and events to maximize player engagement and to drive monetization • Work closely with our community management and customer service teams to ensure smooth player experience and to leverage those channels for effective communication with our player base • Create performance reporting that includes analysis, dashboards, as well as impact of events and takeaway learnings • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of gameplay changes on player behavior and monetization • Analyze key metrics and user data to make informed decisions and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and player satisfaction • Champion a customer-centric approach by understanding player behavior and preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies
Requirements
• Several years of professional experience in the (mobile) games industry or working on at least 1 shipped title are required • A completed university degree in game design, business administration or related field • You have a deep understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies and community feedback • You are a resilient, detail-oriented team player, passionate about seeking new ways to enhance performance • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
