•At Stitch, we are building something extraordinary. •As a rapidly growing team of marketing technologists and architects, we unite our diverse experiences. •You will collaborate with Solution Leads and Account Directors to transform customer engagement strategies. •The Solutions Consultant role is strategic and multifunctional, requiring deep understanding of marketing technology, data governance, and architecture. •Fluency in Spanish and English is required to support customers effectively. •Provide expert guidance on proposed solutions, aligning with client goals and industry best practices. •Help drive sales by showcasing the value of our services and solutions. •Act as a valuable resource for internal teams and clients, fostering collaborative discussions. •Work with Solution Leads on technical requirements ensuring smooth integration of solutions. •Utilize technology passion to anticipate client needs and form crucial relationships. •Conduct detailed reviews of solution designs, making necessary adjustments. •Facilitate internal kickoff meetings to ensure effective communication across teams.

Requirements

•More than 5 years of experience in a consulting or pre-sales role with a track record of success in the pre-sales process, preferably in solution sales. •Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages to effectively support our clients in Mexico. •Deep knowledge of Braze or similar marketing automation platforms. •Functional knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs) and other solutions related to Braze. •In-depth understanding of the technical and functional aspects of solution design. •Strong presentation, sales, and relationship-building skills. •Experience advising on pricing strategies and drafting Statements of Work. •Experience planning, customizing, and delivering strategic technology demos and execution plans. •Ability to move quickly, multitask, and adapt to our fast-growing market. •A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for team success, not just personal success. •Focus on learning and desire to become an expert in the Braze technology ecosystem and marketing. •Willingness to think outside the box and rapidly develop innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs. •Ability to travel up to 25%, including visits to our headquarters in Indianapolis for an in-person onboarding experience during your first week at Stitch and to client offices in the U.S. and Mexico. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. •Must be eligible to work in the U.S. or Mexico without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
