• Design and build API tooling and infrastructure to empower engineering teams • Enable product development teams to focus on solving critical product challenges • Develop key infrastructure for customer and internal-facing systems • Use modern practices like TDD, continuous delivery, and DevOps to build sustainable products • Collaborate, communicate with stakeholders and lead technical discovery and execution • Share responsibility for directing the team’s investment in impactful directions
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3-4 years of professional programming experience • Excited about solving hard problems in GraphQL, RPC, or other technologies • Hands-on experience with Ruby, Rails, Python, and GraphQL schema design • Experience independently leading cross-team projects and initiatives • Strong written communication skills and developing strong working relationships • Excellent analytical skills and communication skills both verbal and written • Motivated by challenges and adaptable • Ability to help team members grow and learn • Take initiative and operate with accountability • Focus on customer needs and build high-quality solutions • Flexible, dedicated to craft, and curious
