📋 Description

• Lead a team of data scientists and platform engineers to advance experimentation processes. • Shape the central experimentation platform and develop roadmaps for highly visible platforms. • Work on all aspects of systems from services to backend data stores to analytics. • Direct the team’s investment in impactful directions. • Build a culture of technical collaboration and scalable, resilient systems. • Work with a variety of stakeholders and drive impactful projects from day 1.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, focus on experimentation and causal inference. • 3-5 years of experience leading a team, focus on engineering or experimentation. • Proficient in Python and SQL. • Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and statistical analysis techniques. • Platform engineering experience preferably experimentation platform. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their applications in experimentation. • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. • Experience working autonomously and taking ownership of projects. • Rigorous focus on simple solutions that yield business impact. • Strong experience building scalable, distributed, and production systems. • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical business partners. • Desire to question the status quo and promote innovative solutions to challenging problems.
