• Storyblok is seeking a dynamic Head of Growth Marketing to drive our company's growth and brand awareness. • As a strategic leader, you will oversee a team responsible for digital marketing, global events, content marketing, and campaigns. • Your focus will be on developing and executing innovative strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. • You will also play a key role in building and maintaining our brand identity and reputation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Certifications in digital marketing, marketing automation, or sales enablement are a plus. • Proven experience in B2B growth marketing, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with sales strategies. • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms. • Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. • Experience working in a Forrester (SiriusDecisions) campaign-centric marketing model is a plus. • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing marketing team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience building and maintaining strong brand identity and reputation. • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing.
