📋 Description
• As the Team Leader for Marketing Campaigns, you will be responsible for leading and driving the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with Storyblok's overall business objectives. • You will oversee a team of campaign managers, ensuring effective campaign planning, execution, and measurement. • Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop innovative campaign strategies, and drive results will be essential for success in this senior leadership role.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred. • Certifications in marketing, campaign management, or leadership are a plus • Proven experience leading marketing campaigns teams and driving successful outcomes. • Deep understanding of the SiriusDecisions campaign hierarchy approach and its application. • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools. • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively. • Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders. • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team. • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is preferred. • Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making. • Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
