Description

• Be the mastermind of Storyblok’s financial reporting setup. • Drive strategic business decisions by aligning cross-functional teams for accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. • Manage and streamline the preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts. • Regularly update forecasts based on actual performance, market trends, and changes in business strategy. • Lead the KPI report creation and conduct in-depth analysis of key business and cost drivers. • Enable managers to compare key KPI against relevant industry benchmarks. • Drive the annual budgeting process, including setting timelines and consolidating inputs. • Develop long-term financial models incorporating revenue forecasts and operating expenses. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability. • Act as a key financial advisor to the executive team. • Lead system/process improvements and automation initiatives. • Manage, mentor, and develop the Financial Planning and Analysis Team.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team and financial planning and analysis 7+ years in the SaaS industry • Experience as a Financial controller, working closely with Accounting • Proven track record of managing a high-performing FP&A team and driving strategic financial initiatives, preferred experience with a Start-up or Scale-up. • Deep understanding of cost accounting, forecasting and deviation analysis • Education in accounting and FPA • Consistent track record of automation within financial initiatives • Strong skills with Google Sheet (Excel), Netsuite and BI tools
