• Define and drive technical vision and scalable architecture • Manage technical debt • Lead and mentor software engineers • Oversee software development lifecycle • Resolve technical issues • Develop technical documentation
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development • At least 2 years in a leadership role • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Relevant certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud) are a plus
