Description
• Support the migration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle’s SFP product. • Lead the migration of legacy financial aid systems to Oracle’s SFP platform. • Configure Oracle SFP workflows, rules, and processes. • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle SFP. • Develop and execute test cases for system upgrades, configurations, and integrations. • Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors. • Ensure Oracle SFP complies with all relevant regulations. • Support end-users by providing training and addressing questions.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. • 5+ years of experience in financial aid systems. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle SFP. • Familiarity with higher education financial aid operations and regulations. • Proficient in Oracle SFP configuration and support. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Experience with testing tools and methodologies for system validation.
