Description

• Provide exceptional bookkeeping services to clients via QuickBooks Online. • Demonstrating thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices. • Handle day-to-day relationships with clients while working within established processes and budget parameters. • Complete bookkeeping tasks per specific client's business needs. • Communicate powerfully in all aspects of client support and internal services. • Collaborate with team members for client satisfaction and effective communication. • Monthly one-on-one meetings with supervisor to ensure alignment and continued Perfect Position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed bookkeeping and accounting support. • QuickBooks Online Certification • 3+ years of experience using QuickBooks in a professional organization. • Familiar with Outlook and Office 365 Online Suite. • Strong communication skills both orally and in writing. • Passion for assisting clients and ensuring their success. • Confidence in learning new technologies and following established policies. • Efficient with deadlines. • Willingness to build strong remote team relationships. • Dedicated office space with reliable, high-speed internet connection. • Capacity and commitment to work 40 hours per week. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred. • Fully set up to work remotely. • QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification preferred. • Willingness to take and make phone calls for urgent client contact.
