β’ Manage complex calendars and schedules for executive team members β especially the CEO -- ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings, appointments, and commitments. β’ Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executive team members, optimizing efficiency and minimizing disruptions. β’ Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and organizing meetings. β’ Serve as a liaison between executive team members and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and information flow. β’ Assist with special projects and initiatives, contributing to the achievement of company objectives and strategic goals. β’ Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters pertaining to the executive team and the organization as a whole. β’ Collaborate with colleagues across departments, offering support and assistance as needed, embodying the spirit of teamwork and shared responsibility. β’ Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to evolving priorities, demonstrating resilience and composure in fast-paced environments. β’ Act as a multiuse tool within the organization, readily taking on diverse tasks and responsibilities to support the overall operational effectiveness of SRC.
β’ Proven experience in executive support roles or similar administrative positions. β’ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. β’ Proficiency in calendar management software and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances with agility and resourcefulness. β’ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation among colleagues. β’ High degree of discretion and integrity, with a commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards. β’ Positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges, embodying a proactive and solution-oriented approach. β’ Alignment with SRC's culture of shared responsibility and willingness to contribute across various areas as part of a cohesive team.
