• Search for and implement a lead generation engine and go-to-market strategy for our innovation program licenses and platform. • You will lead Strategyzer from the ability to close inbound deals toward generating a predictable and scalable pipeline of leads. • You bring the experience to create new categories. • Coordinate and drive Strategyzer's marketing function. • Drive and execute activities such as data analysis, customer insights, market trends, and forecasting. • Generate new sources of leads to support the outbound team.

• Strive to show deep care and empathy for your team members. • Have strong integrity and morals that drive your accountability. • Are open-minded to the views of others and constantly work to improve themselves for the betterment of the whole team. • Seasoned Marketing professional with 10+ years of experience with scale-up experience and currently in a senior role. • Experience creating and maintaining a global marketing strategy across multiple channels (e.g., social networks, online media) and touchpoints (e.g., physical/online conferences, professional associations). • Experience in finding and implementing an account-based and volume-based lead generation engine. • Deep understanding of the large company and small- and medium-size company market. • Advanced instrumentation and analysis capabilities to methodically measure success across each aspect of the marketing funnel, from campaign performance to lead conversion. • Advanced understanding of sales and marketing metrics and relentless attention to improvement through iteration and optimization. • Proven experience helping an organization scale globally as a marketing leader – ideally in the context of a growth/scale-up company. • Experience in running short and long-term social media and ad campaigns. • Ability to facilitate effective, hypothesis-driven testing to find the right marketing algorithm for Strategyzer. • Strong understanding of B2B events and how they can be leveraged for building the Strategyzer brand and recall. • Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc. • Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art marketing tools and the potential of AI in marketing.
