Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy that aligns with Stream’s objectives and drives actionable insights. • Utilize Looker and SQL to design, develop, and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. • Leverage Python for advanced data analysis, automation, and integration tasks. • Partner with engineering to create and maintain a scalable and reliable data infrastructure that supports robust BI reporting. • Work closely with Revenue Operations to align BI efforts with revenue goals and provide insights that enhance revenue generation strategies. • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify key trends and anomalies, providing actionable insights that inform business strategy. • Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover meaningful trends, patterns, and opportunities that can impact business strategy and performance. • Apply your experience in a startup environment, particularly within the SaaS industry, to drive innovative BI solutions and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business intelligence role, with a proven track record of owning and driving BI initiatives. • Proficient in Looker and BigQuery. Experience with Python or Golang is a significant plus. • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis and present findings in a clear and actionable manner. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to address business challenges. • Must be able to work on-site in Amsterdam 3 days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
