Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Lead recruitment efforts for healthcare professionals, including allied healthcare and healthcare IT professionals. • Negotiate large-scale staffing contracts with healthcare institutions and staffing agencies. • Collaborate with the Career Services team to ensure that student lead flows are available for employer partners. • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. • Maintain regular communication with Partners, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks. • Implement quality assurance measures to uphold educational standards and compliance with industry regulations. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and objectives. • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to track project performance and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or sales within the healthcare industry, preferably in staffing. • Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, and managing healthcare partnerships. • Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record in negotiating large staffing contracts. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership. • Proficiency in project management tools and software applications. • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
