Description

• Collaborate with marketing, product, design, engineering, customer success, and data partners • Independently lead research efforts, in collaboration with stakeholders • Employ a variety of research methodologies and tools to understand user experiences • Own research operational and administrative tasks like participant recruiting and gift card distribution • Present and communicate research insights to key decision-makers and stakeholders • Equip designers, product managers, and other stakeholders with insights about users’ experiences • Work closely with product teams to ensure features meet users’ needs • Establish and own customer satisfaction measurement processes

Requirements

• Five (5) years of industry experience in UX research, product research, or related fields • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies • Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team • Deep knowledge of human-centered design and product research methodologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with building surveys, developing unmoderated tests, synthesizing analytics dashboards, facilitating moderated usability tests and interviews • Ability to pivot and adapt when necessary • Strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and enthusiastic team player • Proficient in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
