• 15+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on go-to-market recruiting. Experience in technology or high-growth environments is highly desirable. • Proven record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth. • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and high performance. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. • You have a proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders through insights and data. • An exothermic leader with strong ability to connect and effectively communicate, set context and clarity with people of all levels; exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
