🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a data scientist, with a clear record of growing responsibilities across projects requiring sophisticated data analysis • Demonstrable ability to make good judgements about what sort of analysis to conduct to solve specific problems • Excellent knowledge of statistics, and experience in applying multiple types of data science methods in solving problems for organisations • Exceptional coding skills: well-versed in R or Python • Expertise in a specific specialism eg. NLP, big data, machine learning, conjoint analysis, segmentation or willingness to pay studies • Exceptional analytical skills. A clear thinker you will be able to contribute meaningfully to projects that end up delivering great results to our blue-chip client base • Demonstrable ability to translate analysis into insights that are compelling and that clients understand clearly • Experienced in data visualisation methods and tools - we aim to do high-quality, rigorous work and then present this in ways that make insights compelling • The ability to work constructively with internal teams and clients to get great results in situations of ambiguity • A background in consulting • A good understanding of technology and the tech sector
