📋 Description
• We are seeking an experienced lawyer with iGaming regulatory compliance experience. • This role will focus on overseeing and ensuring that the organisation adheres to all relevant legal regulations and compliance requirements. • The Senior Legal and Compliance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to support in negotiating strategic B2B contracts, provide strategic legal advice, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks across various jurisdictions.
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified lawyer. • Minimum of 3+ years of legal and compliance experience, substantially in the iGaming industry. • Clear experience in iGaming regulatory compliance. • Some experience working with North American iGaming regulations, such as US state-level online gaming laws, Canadian gambling regulations, and other North American gaming legislation. • Strong background in contract law, compliance management, and risk mitigation strategies in the iGaming industry.
