Description

• Prepare and submit applications for contractor business licenses in multiple states • Manage the application process, including tracking submissions and follow-ups • Handle annual license renewals, ensuring all deadlines are met • Maintain accurate records of all licensing activities and documentation • Communicate with state and local licensing authorities as needed • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to licensing • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience with licensing processes preferred but not required • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related fields are a plus
