📋 Description
• Support the development of video content for Study.com and marketing channels • Onboard and support a group of video creators and video editors to ensure high-quality and efficient video creation • Experiment with video content and format adapted to the target channel • Understand learning design principles and how to apply them to academic videos • Use AI and other technology in innovative ways to improve efficiency and quality of video production • Provide clear and ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers • Monitor project productivity and address issues; continuously strive to improve productivity and quality • Communicate production rates, obstacles, and resource requests to team lead proactively
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years supporting video creation, preferably academic or informational videos • Experience sourcing and nurturing creators • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and other video editing and graphics software • Experience with scripting, storyboarding and managing/producing videos
