📋 Description

• Conduct research and analysis to understand user behavior, preferences, and needs. • Shape product and service development through insights. • Use quantitative and qualitative research methods. • Drive data-driven decisions for innovative solutions. • Support lead user researcher on executing various research studies. • Own specific research initiatives from start to finish. • Assist with recruitment, scheduling, and facilitating user research operations. • Conduct analysis and present findings to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in user research, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the skills to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring deliverables are accurate, clear, and actionable. • Proficiency in conducting user research using various methods, such as in-depth interviews, surveys, and usability testing. • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques and tools. • Experience with remote testing/survey tools (e.g. UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey). • Understanding of key US segments, including K-12 education, online higher education, and professional licensing or a demonstrated ability to independently learn and adapt to these domains. • Familiarity with UX design principles and practices is a plus.
